Biography

Six years ago, I entered the world of rock climbing. Since then, this sport has gone from being a simple hobby to becoming my way of life. I love the challenge, the adrenaline, and the feeling of reaching and surpassing my limits. Climbing is not just a sport for me; it's a passion that has taught me a lot about perseverance and enjoying every moment of life.

Q: How did you discover your passion for climbing?
A: At the beginning, I was very scared and would freeze up when I was leading. The feeling of thinking that I wouldn't be able to do something and then proving to myself that I could is what hooked me. It feels good to overcome those limits that you set for yourself.

Q: Who has been your greatest mentor or role model in your climbing journey?
A: I don't have a specific mentor; in each person I meet in climbing, I find something that motivates me, and I take it as an example to follow.

Q: What aspect of climbing do you find most exhilarating or rewarding?
A: Being in contact with nature, the places and landscapes I've discovered thanks to climbing. Also, the personal growth I've experienced because of climbing.

Q: What advice would you give to someone who is new to climbing and eager to improve?
A: Be consistent and have patience.

Q:How do you overcome mental barriers or fears while climbing?
A: When I started climbing, I would freeze up a lot and was very scared. Focusing on my breathing while climbing helps me a lot, and since I began training, feeling stronger has given me more confidence.
