Measure your foot in inches against the wall and round up to the nearest size according to the table below.

Performance Climbing. Choose the equivalent US size to your foot length.

Tight fit, not recommended for beginners. Advanced sport routes and bouldering.

Medium Grab. Add 1/2 size to the US size.

Snug fit with improved comfort. Long training sessions.

Comfort climbing

For multi-pitches, you can add 1 or 1.5 sizes. For trad climbing or first time climbers, you can ad from 1.5 to 2 sizes.
